This picture itself isn't in any way explicit, but both of them have horrible backgrounds, let's say, in which they've been abused. I'll leave it at that for now.
Their clothes are based off of Victorian and Viking styles; Victor is borrowing clothes from some wolves, as he doesn't own any of his own. Tina hates dresses and wears gentlemen's attire because she can; he cousin, Cecilia, wears proper gowns though.
